View of Newark, New Jersey, on the street where I lived

This pastel piece done on cardboard was pulled out of my archives this week. It is a scene of the street I grew up on in Newark, New Jersey. I'm pretty sure it was done during the summer after my freshman year at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. It's amazing what you can pull out of the storage draweres.
